What does it mean to be black or white these days the definition is not clear ?
okay does black or white really have to do with ur skin color only because some ppl think that and I think it's not really clear because there are ppl who say its based on skin color and some that r based on if there african american theres an automatic assumption hes black? when there are white ppl in africa and some ppl think some view asians as white but when u go out u refer the asian as white
If we're EVER going to get past racism and bigotry, we need to stop separating people / grouping people by race / color / etc.... Here are few helpful thoughts:
1) There's only one race: HUMAN
2) Sure, there are many variations in skin pigmentation, and that's okay. No one color is better than / less than another. It's like crayons - many colors, they're all crayons.
3) Define yourself by your personality...by your values...by your actions...by who you are as a person, not by color.
King envisioned a world where people would be judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. I think that's what we should focus on.
