What color nylons should I wear with a gold dress?
I have a short gold dress that I'm wearing to a semi-formal event. I will most likely go with a black purse and shoes. What I'm wondering is what color nylons I should wear, I'm thinking either black or nude. Thanks for helping.
couple of things to consider...How tall are you? If short and want to look taller, consider whatever color continues the line from dress to and including shoes making for a long line/tall leg look...so black. A gold dress should take center stage, you don't want the accessories to grab too much attention. Try on the dress with the nude and see if your eyes are drawn to the black shoes or to the dress. I'm thinking black, but go with what looks best on you. Oh, and have a wonderful evening!
