Mega Men Sport Vitapack, what pills do I take and when?

Everyone has recommended this for me overall to lose weight and help gain better muscle mass. But it has 30 packs in the box and each pack has a few different pills in it. The problem is I have no clue when I am supposed to take what pill. Like the pills for my metabolism, when am I supposed to take them and what not.
According to the label, you're supposed to take the entire packet at one time with food. To be honest, though, a regular vitamin pill would be just as good, and a lot cheaper. Most of the ingredients in this either don't do anything at the dosages in the pills, or don't do anything when taken with food. For instance, 150 mg of Branch Chain Amino Acid Blend is pointless. You need 100,000 times that amount to have any effect on your muscles. A gram of arginine or glutamine taken with food doesn't do anything. The standard dosage for alpha lipoic acid is 300 mg, not 25 mg. The standard dosage for choline is 300 mg, not 10 mg. There's a lot more. Save your money.
