Crashing thru Entrance Door at home with Battering Ram by Law Enforcement?

How can they do this, they have yet to serve the Search Warrant, The Home Owner has not yet seen the Search Warrant this is a violation of our basic rights in USA. The Law Enforcement do not even give a person time to answer or come to the door and if a person is on the way to the door, which they are now going to ram with their battering ram, and if I am standing there they will probably shoot to kill me and I have done nothing, nothing at all. So how can I slow these legal thugs from entering my home. The Steel bar doors do not look like they would help much. Also can a person sue these people to fix and clean up the house after this, when there is nothing illegal going on. I have read news reports of them busting into the wrong homes.

Search warrants allow us to enter homes, obviously, in search of whatever the intended target is. If it is a "high risk" search warrant (i.e. reason to believe weapons are inside), the warrant will probably be "no knock." In those cases, we go right through the door without waiting for anyone to come and open it for us. In other warrants where less risk is involved, we knock, allow a reasonable amount of time for someone to open it and if it's not opened, we open it. Either way, we still make our presence and purpose very well known. "POLICE! SEARCH WARRANT!" Everyone sees that stuff on "Cops" and other police shows. That actually happens. We're some of the loudest people on the planet when going through someone's door, so everyone knows what's going on.

The only risk you run of being shot when officers come through the door is if you're holding a weapon and refuse to drop it. Be realistic. Officers won't just kick the door and start shooting at the first person they see, just for standing there.

And if you aren't doing illegal things in your home, you don't have to be concerned with reinforcing anything to "slow the legal thugs."

As for the part about police busting in the wrong homes, yeah, it's happened. But when you look at how many search warrants are successfully served versus how many homes are entered by mistake, you'll see that it's a very small number of mistakes. And when those mistakes have happened, the agency/municipality/county involved have paid dearly to fix damages and settle lawsuits.

And home owners are given a copy of the warrant, and are even read the warrant word-for-word in most cases, after the officers have entered and secured the residence. That's the legal requirement and no one's rights are being violated. Any attorney will tell you that.
